A message dated April 25, 2002, was read stating the Senate has                                     
passed CSHB 96(HES) with the following amendment and it is                                          
transmitted for consideration:                                                                      
                                                                                                    
     SENATE CS FOR CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 96(FIN)                                                    
     "An Act relating to acquisition and development of the Jesse Lee
